UNMDG STUDENT AWARDS IN SEOUL
In the framework of the UN MDG workshop that will take place from 25 to 27 September 2011 in Seoul, Korea University has kindly agreed to give 10 student awards for best UNMDG initiative presentations. Students are invited to present their work during one session of the workshop that will take place on Tuesday 27 September from 09:00 to 12:00. Winning students will be awarded with 500 US$. Requirements
1. Presentations must be made by students of a U21 Health Sciences member.
2. Presentations must identify:
- Location of the initiative
- Purpose of the initiative
- How initiative addresses UNMDGs
- How the project was evaluated
- What were the project outcomes
- The strength and weaknesses of the project
- Advice to fellow students to overtake a similar project
- Information about how to be involved in the project
3. Presentations must not exceed 15 minutes.
4. Presentations should include images and/or video content of the project. Images of the individuals on site interacting with the community should be included.
5. Presentations should be done in English.
6. In agreement with Korea University, presentations can be done on - site in Seoul or virtually from the student´s home university.
7. Students should submit their presentation to the U21 UNMDG secretariat no later than 15, September, 2011.
